Reserving a guided tour on our website is simple and only requires a few steps.

1. Date and Time Selection

In the Buy Ticket section, please select a ticket option and then choose a date. The available times for each date will be displayed below. After you have chosen a time, you will be redirected to the next step.

2. Confirmation of Reservation

After you have provided all necessary information (contact details, payment details, etc.), please click the Complete order button. A confirmation email will then be sent to the address you provided during registration.

Please note that incorrect phone numbers or inaccurate or incomplete addresses may cause delays. It is important to carefully verify your details during registration and confirmation to avoid any issues.

3. Payment and Pricing

The pricing information displayed on the website is the final price and does not include any additional fees or charges. All relevant taxes are included within the service fee.

Please be advised that only one payment option per order is available, and it is not possible to split payments across different methods.

Payment methods available:

• By bank card

The preferred payment method is selected on the checkout page. Default payment is made by bank card. If the chosen event is participating in the Pushkinskaya Karta program, an appropriate selection of payment methods will be available when placing an order. Payment is processed through Sberbank PJSC using the following payment card systems:

For payment (entering your card details), you will be redirected to the SBERBANK payment gateway. The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information are carried out securely using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports secure internet payment technologies such as Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, or J-Secure, you may also be required to enter a special password in order to complete the payment.

4. Refunds

Tickets can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event as indicated on the ticket.
