Consent for processing personal data

By submitting an application on the website, the User accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent").

Acting freely, voluntarily and in his own interests, as well as confirming their legal capacity, the user gives his consent to the private cultural institution "A ROOM AND A HALF MUSEUM" (TIN 7841084097), located at 191015, St. Petersburg, Kirochnaya Street, house 64, room A, floor 24, to process his personal data under the following conditions:

1. Consent is given to the processing of personal data both with and without using automation tools.

2. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: 

• Personal data that is not special or biometric includes: 

• contact phone numbers, 

• email addresses, 

• place of work and current position, 

• user data (location information, OS type and version, browser type and version), 

• device type and screen resolution, 

• the source from which the user came to the site, 

• from which website or advertisement, 

• OS and browser language, 

• which pages are opened and which buttons are clicked by the user,

•  IP address.

3. Personal data is not shared publicly.

4. The purpose of processing personal data: processing incoming requests from individuals in order to provide advice; analyzing an individual's actions on the website and the functionality of the website; and conducting advertising and sending newsletters.

5. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Charter of the Private Cultural Institution "A Room and a Half Museum", and this consent to the processing of personal information.

6. Actions for processing personal data include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

7. Personal data is processed until an individual unsubscribes from receiving advertising or newsletters. Additionally, processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of an individual whose data is being processed. Storage of personal information on paper is done in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Archiving in the Russian Federation" and other legal acts related to archiving.

8. The Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written statement to visit@brodsky.online or to their representative at the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.

9. If the personal data subject or his representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the private cultural institution  "A ROOM AND A HALF MUSEUM" has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, subject to the grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No.152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.

10. Consent is valid for the duration of your processing of the personal data as specified in paragraphs 7 and 8 of this Consent.
